2006-2007 Fixed-Price Pre-Paid Contract
JUNE 2006 OFFERING
Squier & Co., Inc. is pleased to offer you a new approach to our Fixed Price Pre-Paid Premium Fuel Contract
for the upcoming heating season. Your price will not go up or down, regardless of what the retail price is doing!
JUNE 2006: This is the first offering of what may be more to come for the 2006-2007 heating season.
Future offerings may be at a lower or higher price - we have no way of knowing.
Should you purchase oil from any future contracts, the contracts will be used
in the order they were purchased. Once you have signed one of these fixed price
contracts, there is no undoing or changing it for another one.
PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN YOU SIGN AND RETURN THE CONTRACT.
Contract Terms:
- Your lock-in price for this Pre-paid offering is $2.699 per gallon, (Premium Fuel Oil Only) and will be
used during the 2006 - 2007 Heating season, November 1, 2006 thru March 31, 2007.
- Beginning November 1, 2006 your deliveries will be priced at $2.699 per gallon until used up or
April 1, 2007,
whichever comes first. Requests for deliveries priced at the normal daily pricing will not be accepted until the
pre-paid amount is used up.
- Once the pre-paid amount is used up or beginning April 1st, 2007, whichever comes first, deliveries will
be billed at the posted retail price in effect at the time of delivery.
- There are no large volume discounts; prompt payment discounts or interest payments made with this plan.
- Contract ends March 31, 2007, at which time credit balances can be refunded to you or left in your account.
If the credit is to be applied to the following year pre-payment plan, you must tell us to do so. Otherwise it
will remain in your account, and automatically be used for service calls or oil deliveries (other than pre-paid).
If you want this plan, it is important that you notify us immediately.
Once we have sold the oil we have bought for this offering, this offer ends.
We reserve the right to cancel/limit this offer at any time.
