- 1 hour, minimum, labor charge on all service calls
- Business hours are: Mon - Fri, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
- 30 day labor warranty if a problem arises after burner cleanout
- Normal burner cleanout takes approx. 1 hour and is charged at an hourly rate

Burner Prime / Restart:
No charge to automatic customers at any time for prime / restart. *
1) If serviceman is needed to prime / restart during business hours, the business hours service
call rate will be charged.
2) If a technician is needed to prime / restart after business hours, the after business hours
service call rate will be charged.
* If notice was sent requesting overdue payment, or call customer whose tank has run out,
the appropriate service call amount will be charged.
